These days have the Participative Diagnostic as a background and is going on thanks to the collaboration of the European Union and the district of Raval, a neighbourhood known from those who visit Barcelona, which is going through a process of transformation where have been discussions for problems about living rights and housing speculation and it has been necessary to develop new ways for dialogue between all the residents.
The objective is to talk about living together in the public places of the four districts where the four organizations are

working taking part in this project:
Carrefour Culturel (Toulouse, France),
Parcours Citoyen (Brussels, Belgium),
Affabulazione (Ostia, Italy), and the
Children’s House of Raval (Barcelona, Spain).
The idea is to share the first results and methodologies of four diagnoses and the good practices developed with the participation of the residents from the neighbourhoods implied in the project.
