"The GA should be itself a place of innovative networking and we are planning to invite stake-holders such as the trade unions or other large volunteer based association such as the Red Cross to explore ways of collaboration. Subthemes for the workshops can be:

- Networking
i. Promoting volunteering face to face / word-of-mouth propaganda
ii. Networking to influence public policy
iii. Networking for projects / training, etc
iv. European networking (formal (CEV); informal (volonteurope))

- Mobilization
i. Examples such as Make a Difference Day MAD, NL / EN
ii. A billion minutes campaign
iii. etc".
