The III ONLINE Congress of the Observatory of Cybersociety will take place between 20 November and 3 December 2006. This third edition invites us to participate, debate and think actively around the subject Open Knowledge, Free Society.
Participation is free but registration is needed.
What is it and how is the knowledge society being built?
The call for papers in all working groups is open to all academic researchers as well as the administration, private companies and civil society.
This welcome inititiative is provided by the Observatory for Cybersociety and the Foundation Observatory on the Information Society of Catalonia, FOBSIC.
