The reduction of cookies on the Abcore Cadí Services Platform has been implemented to improve usability and customers’ experiences, especially with mobile phones and tablets with small screens.

Cookies are small files, small “cookies”, as their English name suggests, used to store information in website browsers, much like a digital footprint. They enable the website to aid the user’s activity, e.g., remembering their favorite language of navigation. Recently, on the Abcore Cadí Internet Services Platform, we have updated the cookie snippet to improve the usability. A snippet is a small coded unit, which can be easily inserted into a much larger unit, such as a web page.

The message that appears in the browsers of websites integrated in Abcore Cadí, is:

“We use cookies to guarantee a better experience on our website. By continuing, we will assume that you accept the use of cookies”

Users can manage their preferences about accepting cookies through their individual browser’s settings. However, to simplify navigation, they can accept cookies by just continuing as normal.
