Assegurar-se de que s’adoptin les mesures de neteja i desinfecció adequades a les característiques i intensitat d’ús dels espais. S’haurà de netejar l’espai i el material utilitzat abans i després de la realització de l’activitat (el material de neteja estarà disponible).
Fer un registre per escrit de tots els socis participants en l’activitat (nom i cognoms). Aquest registre haurà de ser enviat al vocal de la secció en qüestió per tal que es tingui constància de qui, quan i en quines circumstàncies els dits socis han participat en cada activitat. (ANNEX 3)
La persona designada com a RESPONSABLE per la Junta Directiva estarà autoritzada per vetar el pas o fer fora del local social a qualsevol soci o sòcia que es negui a seguir qualsevol de les normes del Pla de desconfinament i accés al casal de l’Espiga de les Corts.

Com ja sabeu enguany la Colla Trabucire de Llinars del Vallès, tenim l’honor d’acollir la trobada Nacional de la Dona Trabucaire i volem ens acompanyeu en aquesta diada tant especial per a nosaltres i per tot el món trabucaire i de la cultura popular.
8:30/9h Arribada a la plaça dels Països Catalans i pàrquing als camps de l’Illa.
9 h Esmorzar pavelló 1 d’octubre.
10.30 h Cercavila sense foc fins a la plaça de la Vila.
11 h Rebuda institucional a l’Ajuntament i visita del museu.
11.30 h Cercavila amb foc fins a la plaça dels Països catalans.
12.30 h Actes protocol·laris.
