iWith.org stands with CEAR and the refugees

In iWith.org we work to help those organisations that want to change the world, and CEAR is one of them.

Since 1979  Comisión Española de Ayuda al Refugiado (CEAR) contributes to improve the lives of refugees and asylum seekers all over the world, and it also launches media campaigns to raise global awareness of how important international solidarity is.

How does iWith.org contribute to CEAR’s success?

In iWith.org we have created a Campus Moodle Abcore Cadí platform with personalized themes so that CEAR can continue to train their workers. With Iiwtih.org’s Campus Moodle, CEAR can count on comfortable online training from any place at any time.

We can all eventually become refugees or asylum seekers, and that’s why the well-being of institutions such as CEAR is crucial to achieve a better and wider global development.

Digital Youth Café, the next iWith.org training course

Digital Youth Café, the next iWith.org training course

Between the 5th and the11th of March iWith.org will host the international training course “Digital youth CAFE”.

Our training-seminar is financed by European Commission within the Erasmus Plus Programme and it is focused on two connected topics: visibility of youth NGOs in digital reality and its potential for online fundraising.

The main aim of the project is to compile good practices on online communication and fundraising in the field of youth work.

The project will gather thirteen youth workers from Spain, Russia, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Armenia, Belarus and Ukraine. During the 6 training days participants will attend study sessions on following topics:
  • Modern Communication: characteristics and challenges
  • Communication Strategy: What do we communicate?
  • Tangible and intangible results of youth projects
  • Communication through text: tips to develop good content
  • Free visualization tools —posters, materials for social media, infographics
  • Social media marketing: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
  • Linkedin and Blog as tools for communication
  • Tools for strategic communication: Hootsuite and Google Analytics
  • Google grants for NGOs —how to use them for your web-site of NGO/social project
  • Online Fundraising Crowdfunding: theory, good practices
  • Strategic Crowdfunding

The methodology of the training programme will be built on the real examples of communication and fundraising strategies of youth NGOs.  During the training participants will gain necessary knowledge and practical skills on the training topics, will compile best practices in the blog and develop two webinars on the strategies for online communication and fundraising after the training activity.

iWith.org stands with CozUare

iWith.org stands with CozUare

In iWith.org we celebrate our collaboration with the nonprofit project CozUare, the winner of the iWith.org Sport Award. The call for the Sport award closed on September 2017, but from now to March 7 organisations can apply for our Science Award.

CozUare focuses on healthy physical activity to promote female empowerment among mothers and middle aged women in general. Music, sport and meditation to serve the purpose of a better and more conscious lifestyle.

In iWith.org we are currently designing a content manager system for CozUare that will include web hostin in our own Abcore Cadí platform.

We also offer CozUare all sorts of online communication tools such as mailing and newsletters. Besides, CozUare can count on our technical support at no cost from now on up to 2021.
