L'entitat afirma que la nova plataforma permet accedir a la informació de forma més fàcil i atractiva: Els posicionaments de l'associació es poden trobar en un lloc preeminent, juntament amb una secció de vídeos que permet consultar les darreres accions realitzats.

Amb aquest projecte han volgut innovar en la metodologia del coaching i generar un canvi de mirada vers el col·lectiu de persones que pateixen psicològicament en els seus llocs de treball o que aquest mateix patiment no els deixa trobar feina. En definitiva, han buscat un nou model d'inserció laboral en salut mental.

Entendre com funcionen es un pas clau en la utilització de les xarxes socials. Per això és important que ens fixem en experiències properes a la nostra realitat i puguem aprendre d'aquestes.
Amb aquesta fi, la Fundació Luís Vives ha relatat la seva experiència i ens fa arribar una sèrie de recomanacions i consells pràctics que ens ajudaran a moure'ns entre les xarxes socials.
Recorda que hem preparat un recull d'eines web 2.0 per aquelles entitats que vulguin començar a fer-les servir!
L'Associació per a Joves TEB va acollir aquesta sessió dels tallers col·laboratius dedicada a les eines que ens ofereix el web 2.0. Els gairebé 20 tècnics i tècniques que treballen en el projecte de xarxanet.org van aproximar-se durant més de dues hores als conceptes que hi ha darrera de la web 2.0!
Per començar, la Fundació Pere Tarrés va introduir-nos al univers del web 2.0. Vam conèixer el significat del pas del web 1.0 al web 2.0, en la que la comunicació deixa de ser unidireccional i passa a ser construïda entre tots.
Tot seguit, vam conèixer dues de les xarxes socials més populars: Facebook i Twitter. Fent servir aquestes xarxes, podem donar a conèixer la nostra entitat en espais on no havíem arribat abans... Si vols saber més sobre una d'aquestes xarxes socials, consulta el recurs sobre twitter per a entitats!
Durant la darrera part de la sessió ens vam dividir en quatre grups per aprofundir en quatre altres eines que val la pena conèixer:
La tafanera – un espai on estar al dia dels interessos dels internautes catalans!
Slideshare – si vols compartir documents i presentacions, aquest és el teu espai!
Youtube – la eina web per publicar i compartir vídeos més popular.
Flickr – un espai web per emmagatzemar i compartir les nostres fotografies.

Segur que ja has sentit a parlar d'aquesta web, twitter. Una xarxa social que permet comunicar-nos ràpidament amb els nostres seguidors, cercar-ne de nous... Quin ús en pot fer la teva entitat? Aquest recurs t'ajudarà a entendre una mica més aquesta xarxa social senzilla, i al mateix temps, potent.
Aquest curs continua amb la voluntat d'oferir a les associacions i entitats sense ànim de lucre la possibilitat de crear el seu bloc amb el projecte Entitats i web 2.0 i sumar-se, d'aquesta manera, a la xarxa d'entitats que ja han començat a treballar amb nosaltres. Tanmateix, aquest curs conta ja amb una novetat: la possibilitat que, aquelles entitats que ja estiguin més habituades al treball virtual, apuntar-se a una modalitat intensiva. Així, oferim un curs de tres setmanes de duració per a les entitats que vulguis llançar-se a la piscina, i un curs de sis setmanes amb el que ens anirem introduint pas a pas a l'ús de noves terminologies: fòrums, xats, RSS, entrades, categories, tags...
Els dos cursos treballaran els quatre mòduls del curs:
Primer mòdul: Blocs i entitats: què volem comunicar?
Un espai per definir les necessitats de l'entitat i la millor manera d'aconseguir la màxima eficàcia.
Segon mòdul: L'estructura del nostre bloc.
Com dissenyar una bona estructura? Quins components són necessaris? Organitzar la nostra informació.
Tercer mòdul: Com puc fer...?
Introduir contingut en el nostre bloc: imatges i fotografies i... per suposat, aprofitar les eines 2.0.: un vídeo, un àlbum de fotografies, un mapa, etiquetes, etc. Tot això i més!
Quart mòdul: El nostre llenguatge.
Comunicar a través d'Internet no és el mateix que fer-ho a través dels espais en paper... quatre claus per a la comunicació virtual.

Totes aquelles entitats que vulguin tenir una web 2.0 poden aprofitar les eines, les facilitats i el suport que els ofereix el projecte de Blocs de xarxanet.org. Representants d'una trentena d'entitats sense afany de lucre han iniciat aquesta setmana la formació en línia que ofereix xarxanet.org per tal d'aprendre com gestionar la nova plana que es construiran a través d'aquest projecte.
Aquesta setmana ha començat la primera edició de la formació en línia del projecte de Blocs de xarxanet.org. Hi participen treballadors/ores i persones voluntàries d'entitats i col·lectius que durant les properes setmanes aprendran com gestionar un bloc i com fer servir les eines 2.0 per trobar una resposta adient a les necessitats de les seves entitats quant a presència a Internet.
Aquesta formació té una durada aproximada de 20 hores i es realitza a través de la plataforma d'aprenentatge Moodle. El curs s'estructura en els següents mòduls:
Paral·lelament a la formació, aquestes entitats començaran a treballar amb els tècnics i tècniques del projecte de Blocs per tal de crear el bloc de l'entitat. Una vegada que tinguin el bloc dissenyat i creat i la formació realitzada podran començar a aplicar-hi tot el que han après!

El divendres 5 de febrer es va realitzar el Taller de presentació de web 2.0 per a entitats. Volem agrair l'assistència a les 25 entitats que van decidir passar un divendres per al tarda amb nosaltres i donar un pas més cap a la web 2.0 .
Aquest segon taller va explicar a les associacions i entitats assistents al acte el projecte de creació de blocs, quins passos havien de donar per poder crear la seva pròpia plana web amb eines 2.0. Els 34 assistents del acte van rebre la rebuda per part del projecte de Xarxanet.org, els van explicar els objectius i com podien col·laborar en aquests, i se'ls va introduir als diferents serveis d'assessorament disponibles per a les entitats de tota Catalunya. La creació d'una plana web amb aquest servei és una manera ben simple i a la vegada útil de contribuir a la nostra xarxa!
Desprès d'aquesta introducció, van explicar amb més detall què vol dir exactament això de la creació d'una plana web fent servir eines 2.0. La creació d'un bloc té varies avantatges per a les entitats, tant sigui que aquestes tinguessin una antiga web estàtica com si volien començar-ne una de nova.
Avantatges dels Blocs per a entitats
Amb aquestes idees clares, va ser l'hora que els assistents ens expliquessin què era el que ells tenien al cap. En petits grups d'entre 8 i 10 persones, els tècnics del projecte de blocs van recollir les inquietuds de les associacions: Serà molt complicat? Podré penjar els meus actes a un calendari? Fa falta que m'instal·li algun programa especial per fer la web? Tothom de la meva entitat podrà aprendre a penjar continguts a la nostra web?
A partir d'ara, l'equip de xarxanet començarà a treballar en el curs i en la creació dels primers blocs per a les entitats que van assistir aquest divendres. Cal recordar, per les altres entitats que no han pogut assistir a aquest acte, que aquesta no ha estat la única oportunitat per sumar-se a aquest projecte. Tornarem a repetir aquestes sessions, i en uns mesos, tornarem a iniciar els primers passos per a altres entitats.
